Account Development Manager

Location: Madison, WI
Job Description:

Grows Demco sales through proactive management of named key accounts, focused on account penetration, opportunity identification and cross-sell. Initiates, develops, and closes sales across key company solutions with customers; recommending new solutions and applying appropriate sales strategies. Contact with customers will rely on 70% phone and 30% travel.

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelors degree in a relevant subject (business, marketing, sales) or equivalent experience. A minimum of 3-5 years of solution sales experience focused on software solutions is needed. Experience utilizing CRM software required. Library/Education sales experience preferred. Maturity, enthusiasm, a professional demeanor and the ability to effectively communicate are vital for this position. Candidate must be a self starter and have the drive to uncover new opportunities.

Position:

Itoh Cutter Operator - 2nd Shift

Location: DeForest, WI
Job Description:

Performs the daily operations of the Itoh Robocut computerized cutter in a safe and efficient manner. Orders raw materials and follows instructions on job tickets to cut materials for respective press size or finished product. Tabs press sheets into the desired quantities for packaging before trim. Performs weekly light duty maintenance, including blade changes, oil changes, etc. Assists in other areas of the Value Center as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalency is required. Qualified candidates must have previous experience operating a large format guillotine cutter. Candidates must be mechanically inclined, be capable of lifting up the 50 pounds repetitively, and must be able to stand for the majority of the 8 hour shift. Must be willing to cross train in other Value Center functions and be willing to work overtime as needed.

Position:

Managing Director (Executive Director, Software Solutions Business)

Location: Madison, WI or Indianapolis, IN or, San Diego, CA
Job Description:

Serve as a member of the Demco executive team, leading the Software Solutions segment of the business. Ultimately responsible for Demco software revenue growth and profitability. This role is responsible for setting strategic direction for Demco’s library software solutions. The Managing Director will guide and set vision and direction for product development, software engineering, technical support, UI / UX and go-to-market. This leader will have P&L responsibility for the software portion of Demco’s business, including complying with company financial and reporting requirements. In addition, leadership best practices will be expected to engage, grow, and develop co-workers across the geographic locations and functional areas. Will embed a culture of innovation and assure development of products/services that continue to meet the short and long term needs of our customers. Will guide the acquisition of new customers and retention of current customers.

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates are required to have a 4- year college relevant
degree with MBA preferred. Must have significant leadership experience with full P&L ownership with strong sales and marketing background and a track record of growth and leading multi-functional teams during periods of transition. Must also have proven post-start-up experience in a software business with demonstrated experience of launching and commercializing new products and services dealing with software/technology. Proven ability to develop financial plans, re-engineer processes, manage & develop new processes, financial plan is also required as well as proven ability to anticipate market, customer and business needs. Also must be able to travel an estimated 60%.

Position:

Manufacturing Buyer

Location: DeForest, WI
Job Description:

Responsible for the development and management of strategic relationships with assigned suppliers. Works proactively with other departments to manage product life-cycles, promotions, and new product sourcing. Identifies and implements new opportunities for cost reductions, utilizing spend analyses, product portfolios, problem reporting, and feedback to identify sourcing opportunities. Leads the implementation of Strategic Sourcing initiatives to ensure the benefits are fully utilized. Assists in the evaluation, qualification, and selection of supply chain partners. Keeps up-to-date with material prices and market trends while developing and implementing plans to manage through market changes.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or other related field is required (equivalent work experience will be accepted) along with at least 5 years of experience of purchasing in a high volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment and 5 years of sourcing experience, which includes identifying, managing, and developing projects. CPIM, CIRM, and CPM certifications are a plus.

Position:

WFE (Wall Family Enterprise) Corporate Controller

Location: Madison, WI
Job Description:

Under the guidance of the CFO, and working with the WFE Operating Companies’ finance managers, the Corporate Controller will:

  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP across all WFE entities
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial closes and other analysis and information provided
  • Develop, document, and issue financial policies and procedures
  • Standardize best practices while capturing synergies across the various finance departments
  • Improve internal controls through frequent review and audit of information submitted by subsidiaries
  • Oversee annual audits and function as the key liaison with the external auditors
  • Coordinate and manage the annual budget and financial aspects of the strategic planning processes
  • Ensure that required information is provided accurately and in a timely fashion to the external tax service providers
  • Provide due diligence services as acquisitions are pursued
  • Own the financial consolidation and reporting system and related processes
  • Handle all other duties as assigned including cash, bank, risk, and insurance management
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance with CPA and/or MBA preferred. Must have a minimum of 10 years relevant experience with strong working knowledge of GAAP accounting and financial reporting. Must also have experience using, managing, and implementing financial systems (general ledger, consolidations, and reporting systems). The candidate must show a history of driving change and delivering tangible improvements. The ability to periodically travel domestically and internationally is required.
