Position:

Lead Qualification – Inside Sales Rep

Location: Madison
Job Description:

Develops qualified opportunities from leads provided. Utilizes sales and listening skills to call on clients for the purpose of developing leads and moving them into opportunities. Builds relationships with new customers. Acquires customer and market intelligence. Prospects for business that would produce opportunities for projects worth in excess of $10,000 per job and develops that business. Upon qualification, Inside Sales Rep may handle the project opportunity through to the sale or if it is a large project/complex project, turn over to a Field Sales Rep to complete. Inside Sales Rep will be accountable for their own Sales Goal along with other key metrics around support of the sales department.

Utilizes strong research skills, inclusive of critical thinking skills. Utilizes Demco’s CRM software (Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Excel & WORD, Demco systems) and other necessary tools for data capture and reporting. Supports the Sales Organization with CRM management and reporting. Manages time and resources effectively to meet or exceed lead generation metrics and measure. Closes new revenue from leads consistent with annual sales targets. Correctly identifies and escalates leads to territory managers when appropriate.

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates must possess two years of college education in a relevant subject (business, marketing, sales) or equivalent experience. A minimum of 3-5 years of consultative sales experience and/or 3-5 years experience in a business development or lead generation role required. Experience utilizing CRM software required. Library/Education and/or contract furniture sales experience preferred. Maturity, enthusiasm, a professional demeanor and the ability to effectively communicate are vital for this position. Sales skills’ training is a plus. Must be proficient in WORD and EXCEL.

Senior Software Developer

Location: Indianapolis
Job Description:

Responsible for the technical delivery of advanced/complex features for EvancedƒºÁs core suite of products and testing code by writing and executing unit tests for functional requirements. As part of the Agile development team, build and work on enterprise grade software systems developed on top of the Microsoft.NET technical stack. Maintain the integrity of, and properly expanding the software architecture and infrastructure. Conduct system analysis and development to keep systems current with changing technologies. Provide recommendations to managements concerning issues of programmer productivity and software development management.

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate discipline along with at least 5 years of experience in developing enterprise level web-based software on the Microsfot.NET technical stack. Mobile platform, 3rd party integration, and security authentication experience is a plus. Working knowledge of product development life cycle with focus on Agile methodology and tools is necessary. Successful candidates will possess excellent communication skills, work well independently and collaboratively, have a high focus on detail and will adapt easily to an ever-changing workload.

Position:

Software QA Lead

Location: Indianapolis
Job Description:

Leads and motivates a team of Quality Assurance Testers to ensure products meet high software quality standards. Responsible for implementing an automated testing environment including relevant processes, developing and enforcing good testing practices, measuring performance, ensuring quality and consistency, recognizing achievements, assigning responsibilities for best productivity, and daily coaching and counseling. Prepares and give performance reviews to team members. Builds and maintain communication on a company-wide basis by providing reports and other forms of feedback that monitor Evanced's service and policies from the customerƒºÁs point of view. Identify system enhancements and recommend actions for improving processes. Performs special projects and other duties when necessary.

Qualifications:

A four- year degree in business-related field or equivalent experience is required along with a minimum of 2 years leadership experience in a Quality Assurance role along with 4 years Quality Assurance experience utilizing automation technologies / tools. Excellent computer skills including Intermediate levels in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel and basic skills in PowerPoint are necessary. Ideal candidate will also have a working knowledge of software development life cycle with a focus on Agile methodology and tools.

WFE (Wall Family Enterprise) Controller

Location: Madison
Job Description:

Under the guidance of the CFO, works with the WFE operating companies’ finance managers to implement best practices while standardizing and capturing synergies across the finance department and ensuring that the appropriate internal controls are maintained. Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting while overseeing annual audits and budget process. Responsible to work with tax counsel for the appropriate Sub S tax distribution and tax planning opportunities. Ensures that all compliance requirements are consistently met. Works with insurance agent to oversee commercial insurance programs. Oversees the risk management program and US and international cash management. Assists with acquisition analysis, valuations, and due diligence as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance with CPA and/ or MBA preferred. Must have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience with strong working knowledge of GAAP accounting and financial reporting. Must also have a track record of driving change/knowledge and implementing improvements. Ability to travel domestically and internationally is required.
