Position:

Cost Accountant

Location: Madison Office
Job Description:

Responsible for performing month-end cost accounting close, maintaining the cost accounting system, preparing manufacturing reports, analyzing manufacturing operations and report, assisting with annual operations budget preparation. Also responsible for all accounting functions and communication related to manufacturing.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance is required along with at least 3 years experience in the cost accounting field, manufacturing environment preferred. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Must be able to manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively, and detail orientation is crucial.

Position:

Inside Sales Representative – Evanced Core

Location: Madison Office
Job Description:

Through outbound telephone contact including cold calls, introduces Evanced Solutions products to existing and prospective customers. Qualifies sales leads and moves customer through the sales process by scheduling product demonstrations. Manages leads through the use of Microsoft Outlook and CRM Dynamics, and performs data hygiene as needed.

Qualifications:

Must have at least 1-2 years of outbound consultative sales experience and/or lead qualification role.  Ideal experience would be in selling to the education and/or library markets.  Must have experience with MS Word and Excel.   Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience is highly desirable (will train).  The successful candidate will have the ability to understand and navigate a complex market, using maturity and enthusiasm at each step.  The incumbent will possess excellent communication and writing skills, effective telephone and conceptual selling technique, demonstrated expertise in presenting to customers in a business environment, and well - developed research skills, especially using the internet.  Meets call volume and scheduling goals.

Position:

IS Project Leader

Location: Madison Office
Job Description:

Responsible for leading teams to define scope, tasks, resources and schedules to complete medium to large-sized application services projects on time and within budget. Also responsible for the continued development of a custom ERP business system in an IBMi/Windows environment, including web application development. As a member of the development team, this individual will work closely with internal clients and the Application Services team to determine needs, then design, develop, and implement solutions in a timely and efficient manner. This highly visible position will represent the technical perspective on business issues to the organization through their effective communication skills.

Qualifications:

An undergraduate or 2-year degree in IS program development is required along with 10+ years programming experience with strong project management expertise. Expertise in the logic and function of a majority of business system modules such as customer service, manufacturing, distribution, finance, and marketing is also necessary. The successful candidate will be an effective communicator, be self-motivated with a strong sense of priority, and be able to adapt quickly in a rapidly evolving development environment. Knowledge of IBMi, LANSA, and .NET is a plus.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline (Business, Marketing, etc.) and some post-graduate work is required. An MBA is highly desirable. 7 -10 years managing integrated sales (field and inside) in a proactive environment is also required. Experience integrating sales with direct marketing, especially catalog-based environments is preferred. Successful in strategic design of integrated sales and marketing coverage models. Proven ability to move strategy into implementation. Ability to build internal relationships to coordinate strategy with peers within Marketing and Product. Deep understanding of sales strategy; behaviors; models; and measurements.

Position:

Web Project Manager

Job Description:

As our Web Project Manager, your primary focus will to manage feature development projects for multiple E-Commerce and CMS websites within a number of complex technological platforms. This includes recommending projects that are aligned with business goals, marketing objectives and company strategy; defining project scopes, assigning appropriate team members and utilizing each memberƒºÁs skills to the teamƒºÁs advantage, while identifying and maintaining an appropriate budget, and meeting the specified deadlines. To be successful in this role, you must have a knack for building relationships that bridge internal business users with technical developers and be able to anticipate technical solutions to make recommendations to non-technical users. While this position requires a strong technical background, your technical experience will be used for the purpose of making logical usability and customer experience recommendations to team members who will be performing the technical work.

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business (or Management), Web Development, Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required.
  • 5 or more years of experience in Web Development, including E-Commerce and Content Management Systems;
  • Experience in Custom development, Licensed Software Systems and Open Source Tools.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (including jQuery), Web Development Middleware Languages, XML and base knowledge of Web Server infrastructures.
  • 3+ years Project Management;
  • Exceptional communications skills that will allow you to effectively communicate critical problems and discuss resolutions with management.
  • The ability to translate complex technical problems into simple terms understandable to a non-technical audience.
  • Full understanding of project management processes and tasks.

While not required, systems experience in the following programs a plus: Endeca, WordPress, Joomla!, Adobe Analytics/SiteCatalyst, Google Analytics, HTML5, Mobile/Responsive Design. Candidates with Agency/Consultative are encouraged to apply.
