Position:

Customer Intimacy Manager

Location: Madison, WI
Job Description:

The Customer Intimacy Manager will be responsible for leading our Customer Intimacy Strategy of “LSSA” (Listen, Synthesize, Share, Act). This position will utilize multiple sources to ensure customer intimacy including direct interface with customers, review of key trade journals & secondary research sources, and internal touchpoints such as Customer Service and Sales. Importantly, the Customer Intimacy Manager will synthesize the plethora of information into easy-to-read summary reports and presentations, including recommended action plans, and share them throughout the organization.

30 hours/week

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s with Master’s degree preferred. 3-5 years of professional work experience with emphasis in related research. Previous customer insights experience strongly preferred.

Position:

Customer Service Representative

Location: Madison, WI
Job Description:

Serve Demco’s customers by placing orders, preparing quotes and answering questions regarding the status of customer’s orders. Assist customers with answering questions they may have regarding our websites, products, promos, shipping, etc. Provide accurate information to customers regarding lead times, back orders and discontinued items. Help increase revenue and provide value to our customers by offering promotions and/or upsells. Has authority, within guidelines, to make changes in pricing for products or shipping to ensure customer satisfaction. Handles customer contacts via phone, mail, fax, internet, and email. Y-cords with new trainees and other coworkers throughout Demco. Works together with internal customers as part of the problem solving process.

Regular Part Time Mon–Fri, 10 a.m.–2 p.m.

Qualifications:

Pleasant voice with excellent telephone and communication skills required. The ability to analyze, with attention to detail and to prioritize, while handling multiple tasks in a timely and professional manner, is necessary. Must possess quick and accurate keyboarding skills. A minimum of one year of customer service experience is required. Previous call center experience is preferred.

Position:

Development Analyst I

Location: Madison, WI
Job Description:

Responsible for the continued development of a custom ERP business system in an IBMi/Windows environment, including web application development. As a member of the development team, this individual will work closely with internal clients and the Application Services team to determine needs, design, develop, and finally implement solutions in a timely and efficient manner. This highly visible position will represent the technical perspective on business issues to the organization through their astute communication skills.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have a minimum undergraduate or 2-year degree in IS program development and a minimum 1 year programming experience in a client server and web environment. Successful candidates must be effective communicators who are self-motivated with a strong sense of priority and possess a willingness to accommodate a rapidly evolving development environment. Experience with business application systems including customer service, manufacturing, distribution, finance, CRM, and/or business analytics a plus. Knowledge of .NET, IBMi and LANSA a plus.

Position:

IBMi Systems & Help Desk Technician

Location: Madison, WI
Job Description:

Provides support to the System Administration for the IBMi hardware and software, assisting with the daily management of this resource along with any other software systems that directly interact with the IBMi. Manages the workflow of the DTS help desk functions by working with all members of the DTS staff to assign, prioritize, schedule and execute help desk tickets. Supports team by processing level 1, routine help desk tickets. Position is also required to provide off hours support for urgent help desk requests.

Qualifications:

A 2-year degree in IT or other relevant field is required along with a minimum of 2 years’ experience working within a high-paced team environment that focuses on providing timely, effective IT service to internal customers. Educational or practical exposure to the IBMi/System I environment is preferred. Incumbent must have an innate understanding of technical services and a passion for providing quality support to all users. Successful candidates will be strong multitaskers with superior organization skills and a knack for communicating technical information to non-technical users.

International Inside Sales Specialist

Job Description:

The International Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for maximizing sales and profits in the assigned geographic territory by actively listening, inquiring and understanding dealer partner needs in order to recommend appropriate Demco solutions. In every interaction, looks for opportunities to exceed expectations. Supports strategic planning efforts by providing recommendations for product offerings and services based on intimate knowledge of the assigned territory. Responsible for the accurate and timely creation and submission of bids, quotes and price offers in accordance with segment and dealer expectations. Responsible for international shipment coordination and all post order problem resolution ensuring strong partnerships, customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborative team environment and will support, encourage and promote the WFE values in all dealings with customers and coworkers.

Qualifications:

A minimum of an associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience with 8 years’ experience working in a sales support, customer service or shipping support role. Must be able to work independently with the ability to analyze data and formulate the required actions. Must be skilled in the use of MS Excel and Word. Experience with CRM preferred. Bilingual preferred

Position:

Material Handler

Location: DeForest, WI
Job Description:

To unload incoming freight, verify quantity and quality, repackage, label and locate all products. Receive product amounts into inventory by on-line receipt through the use of an AS400 computer or other technology and complete all required paperwork. Disburse raw materials to the appropriate machine in a timely manner as assigned. Perform other duties in warehouse as required. This position requires the use of powered material handling equipment.

1st shift.

Qualifications:

High school education or equivalent is required. Computer, tablet, and/or data entry experience is a plus, preferably in the Demco environment. Must be able to lift 70 lbs., carry 50 lbs., and stand for 6–8 hours per day. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic and an excellent attendance and safety record. Must be comfortable working in high places and be able to work overtime.

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field along with at least 5 years of product management experience, specifically leading the new product development process. Experience leading cross functional teams (design, engineering, usability, content development) is necessary along with evidence of utilizing data + customer insights to create new product strategy and lead the new product development process from ideation through launch. Experience managing customer facing products, using lean methodologies and/or stage gate processes is required. Successful candidates will have a proven history of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
