Account Development Manager

Job Description:

Grows Demco sales through proactive management of named key accounts, focused on account penetration, opportunity identification and cross-sell. Initiates, develops, and closes sales across key company solutions with customers; recommending new solutions and applying appropriate sales strategies. Contact with customers will rely on 70% phone and 30% travel.

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelors degree in a relevant subject (business, marketing, sales) or equivalent experience. A minimum of 3–5 years of solution sales experience focused on software solutions is needed. Experience utilizing CRM software required. Library/Education sales experience preferred. Maturity, enthusiasm, a professional demeanor and the ability to effectively communicate are vital for this position. Position:

Copy Supervisor

Location: Madison, WI
Job Description:

Executes copywriting and proper voice and positioning for product and creative marketing copy in support of Demco marketing strategies and objectives for all brands/segments in all marketing channels. Oversees activities and performance of copywriters across both print and web channels. Monitors and manages workload and project assignments while ensuring adherence to quality standards, schedule deadlines and project objectives. Works with segment/brand leaders, multiple functional areas and Creative team to create benefit driver and compelling copy that clearly communicates our product offerings, positions Demco and promotes all brand segments across channels (Direct mail, digital marketing, tradeshow and sales). Proofreads content and edits as appropriate based on copy standards and guidelines.

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Communication or Marketing along with 4 years of direct mail copywriting experience and 1 year of supervisory experience. The ability to write SEO copy is preferred. Must be able to juggle multiple projects, segments and channels simultaneously and meet deadlines as assigned. Must have good communication skills and work closely with clients. Must be able to create a range of concepts for each project, be self-motivated and bring a positive attitude to work each day. Understanding of product positioning and feature benefit copy principles is necessary to be successful along with working knowledge of direct marketing/industry - library market industry knowledge a plus.

Customer Service Representatives (2)

Job Description:

Serve Demco’s customers by placing orders, preparing quotes and answering questions regarding the status of customer’s orders. Assist customers with answering questions they may have regarding our websites, products, promos, shipping, etc. Provide accurate information to customers regarding lead times, back orders and discontinued items. Help increase revenue and provide value to our customers by offering promotions and/or upsells. Has authority, within guidelines, to make changes in pricing for products or shipping to ensure customer satisfaction. Handles customer contacts via phone, mail, fax, internet, and email. Y-cords with new trainees and other coworkers throughout Demco. Works together with internal customers as part of the problem solving process.

Qualifications:

Pleasant voice with excellent telephone and communication skills required. The ability to analyze, with attention to detail and to prioritize, while handling multiple tasks in a timely and professional manner, is necessary. Must possess quick and accurate keyboarding skills. A minimum of one year of customer service experience is required. Previous call center experience is preferred.

Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Director

Job Description:

Drive the development of Demco’s digital marketing strategy, creating a roadmap for improvements in E-commerce & web merchandising, SEO, paid search & PPC, and social media & lead generation, based on an in-depth knowledge of industry best practices. Working within the big-picture strategic direction of the Segment Owners and the Customer Marketing Director, the Digital Marketing Director’s strategies need to drive incremental growth in an omni-channel environment.

Qualifications:

Requires a college degree in marketing, business or related field. Must have a minimum of 8 years of recent, hands-on digital marketing and e-comm experience, within an omni-channel environment (catalogue, direct sales as well as e-comm). Position:

Interior Solution Consultant

Location: Madison, WI
Job Description:

Drives revenue growth through delivery of specific solution subject matter expertise, and matching of Demco solutions with customer needs. In partnership with Account Development Managers, identifies opportunities for Demco solutions to address customer needs. Pursues penetration of assigned solution into current Demco accounts, and serves as the solution subject-matter-expert during the sales process. Also collaborates with Library Engagement marketing team to position assigned solution in the market, to drive inquiries and new customer acquisition. In addition, the position provides post-sales support as needed to ensure adoption and customer satisfaction. Contact with customers is estimated to be approximately 75% phone and 25% travel.

Position:

Material Handler - 1st Shift

Location: De Forest, WI
Job Description:

Provides material handling in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security, and productivity. Efficiently picks orders from high rise and assembles orders for shipment. Ensures that orders picked are accurate and free of damage following company guidelines. Supports efforts of other department personnel by fulfilling supplies at the pack line and replenishing products into the primary pick area in a timely and accurate manner. Rotates product in bins and keep shelves picker-friendly. Completes any documentation or computer transactions to track product and work flow. This position requires the use of powered material handling equipment.

Qualifications:

High school education or equivalent is required. Computer, tablet, and/or data entry experience is a plus, preferably in the Demco environment. Must be able to lift 70 lbs., carry 50 lbs., and stand for 6-8 hours per day. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic and an excellent attendance and safety record. Must be comfortable working in high places and be able to work overtime.

UI Developer

  • Participating in software design process by asking questions, "poking holes," offering suggestions, etc.
