What is Demco’s Hurricane Relief Program?
Demco is offering hurricane relief aid in the form of special pricing for schools and libraries negatively affected by Hurricane Harvey, Irma or Maria. To assist in getting our nation’s libraries ready to resume their critically important community outreach and educational missions as quickly as possible, Demco will be fulfilling all requests at a 30% price reduction for qualifying schools and libraries.
Can I combine this offer with other promotions, discounts, or contract pricing?
The Hurricane Relief Program pricing cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or contract pricing. The 30% discount will be applied to list price of all items on the order. Issuing this special pricing across your entire order allows us to provide deeper discounts for anything your library needs to recover from the impact of the storm, including supplies, furniture, equipment, and learning materials. Standard exclusions apply, including Demco Software. Some restrictions may apply on orders shipping outside the continental United States; you will be notified of them when shopping on Demco.com.
How do I know if I qualify for the program discount?
To ensure that Demco can maximize the benefits of the program for affected schools and libraries, organizations need to meet one of the following criteria:
Your organization is located in one of the affected zip codes and suffered damage or losses due to Hurricane Harvey, Irma or Maria and you confirm your order is a result of being impacted by any of these disasters.
Your organization is not located in one of the affected zip codes; however, you were affected by Hurricane Harvey, Irma or Maria and you confirm your order is a result of loss from any of these disasters. If your order is not being placed from a qualifying zip code, it will be placed on hold and a Demco representative will contact you to confirm your order qualifies for the program discount.
How do I request the program discount?
There are multiple ways to take advantage of the program:
Shop Online. Enter promo code HURRICANERELIEF on the shopping cart page. You will be asked to verify your order is due to loss resulting from Hurricane Harvey, Irma, or Maria.
Call 800-356-1200 and ask a customer service specialist to assist you with placing an order under the Hurricane Relief Program.
Email your order to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the following statement on your order: I confirm that my order is a result of being impacted by Hurricane Harvey, Irma, or Maria.
Fax your order to 800-245-1329. Please include the following statement on your order: I confirm that my order is a result of being impacted by Hurricane Harvey, Irma, or Maria.

I have a contract that offers free freight. Will my order qualify for free freight if I take advantage of the Hurricane Relief Program?
This program cannot be combined with any other contract terms, including free freight.
Can I use my contract instead of the Hurricane Relief Program discount?
If I purchase sale or clearance items, will I receive an additional 30% off those items?
Discounts under this agreement cannot be used with bids, sale catalogs or other promotions. In the event a sale price is lower than your discounted price, you will be given the best price.
We need to completely rebuild our library. Do you offer design services?
Demco offers a full suite of interior services, including design and layout, product consultation, and installation.
Does the 30% discount apply to freight, design services, or installation?
The 30% discount only applies to the list price of the products included on the order.
My school or library was affected by Hurricane Harvey, Irma or Maria, but I already received a quote after the disaster. Can I receive an updated quote utilizing this program?
Yes. A Demco specialist will be happy to update the quote for you. Please contact us at 800-356-1200.
How long will the program be available?
The program is established through Feb. 1, 2018, and will be reevaluated at a later date.
Can I apply for the discount pricing multiple times?
You can continue to place orders under the program as long as the program is active.
We are a church, daycare, or other institution. Can we apply for this program?

My school or library is outside the contiguous United States. Can we still apply for this program?
