This program addresses how an on-going partnership has emerged between the Madison (WI) Community Foundation and a consortium of 28 Dane County public libraries. What initially began in 2007 with a $750,000 collection development grant has grown into a 1st of its kind, $1.4 million public library programming endowment project.
