Account Development Manager

Job Description:

Grows Demco sales through proactive management of named key accounts, focused on account penetration, opportunity identification and cross-sell. Initiates, develops, and closes sales across key company solutions with customers; recommending new solutions and applying appropriate sales strategies. Contact with customers will rely on 70% phone and 30% travel.

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelors degree in a relevant subject (business, marketing, sales) or equivalent experience. A minimum of 3–5 years of solution sales experience focused on software solutions is needed. Experience utilizing CRM software required. Library/Education sales experience preferred. Maturity, enthusiasm, a professional demeanor and the ability to effectively communicate are vital for this position. Candidate must be a self starter and have the drive to uncover new opportunities.

Position:

E-Commerce Marketing Analyst

Location: Madison, WI
Job Description:

Plays a lead role in analyzing online customer behavior, providing insights, and making recommendations to the business. The Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data specific to the e-commerce and content websites, and must also be familiar with analytics related to all digital marketing channels, including email, SEO, PPC and social. The Analyst needs to translate numbers into action to drive business success, including increased revenue and improved customer engagement.

Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree with a focus in business, mathematics, marketing or other related field of study is required in additional to 7+ years of experience in a data-gathering role, conducting analysis and generating reports. Must be proficient in Google Analytics, preferably with certification, and have familiarity with other web analytics programs such as Adobe Analytics or Coremetrics and with working knowledge of web analytics implementation and tagging methods. Position:

Mark Andy Operator

Location: De Forest, WI
Job Description:

Produce one-six color pressure sensitive labels, laminate and continuous card products on Mark Andy Flexographic printing presses. Must understand maximizing ink volume and density, plate mounting and registration, lamination, die cutting, distortion, gear ratios and the mechanics of web movement. Position will also be responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the the presses and surrounding area. Will use handjack, roll lift and ERP/Dispatch terminal. Position requires, at times, the ability to lift in excess of 40Lbs.

Qualifications:

Previous Flexographic printing experience is preferred. Qualified coworker will have good mechanical aptitude, math comprehension and basic computer skills. Position requires extensive standing for periods up to 4 hours. Position also requires the coworker to have a focus on safety, quality and productivity. Previous use and understanding of a production dispatch/planning system a plus.

Position:

Pre-Press Technician II/Custom Lead

Location: De Forest, WI
Job Description:

Leads the custom process, while performing all prepress production requirements, creating printable graphic files and printing plates for Stock and Custom work orders, which includes digital computer file color and content correction, step and repeat, trapping, proofing, in Mac and Windows platforms for one to four color work in formats ranging from 1”x1” to 20”x26”. Use and maintain computer to plate equipment for plate production, have a good working knowledge of Adobe creative Suite and graphic workflow systems such as Rampage, Preps, etc.

Qualifications:

Relevant certifications/educations is preferred with 5 years of electronic Prepress experience using Mac, Windows OS, Adobe Creative Suite in a Printing (Lithographic or Flexographic press) environment. Demonstrated good leadership skills experience is preferred.

Position:

Utility Operator I

Location: De Forest, WI
Job Description:

Under the direction of Manufacturing Leadership, position is responsible for providing operational coverage to all machines within the manufacturing department, including set up and operation of applicable machinery. Responsible for product quality as compared to the specification sheet and completing products within time allowed per the work order.

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates must have a high school education or equivalent. Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment are essential to be successful in this role. Candidate must be able to stand for the majority of an 8-hour shift, and must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively. Functional use of a PC is preferred. Previous experience working in Kits & Assembly or operating in Acrylics, Royal Guards, Cover-Up Machine is a plus.
