I am the volunteer librarian in my church. I depend on the CircExtender Semi-rigid book covers to give a long shelf life to our paperback books. They haven't failed us in all the time we have used them.
They are very easy to use and very sturdy.
Just as a side note, I use the trimmed bits to cover handmade bookmarkers! The kids love to make these and their artwork is preserved.
