Surprisingly durable card pocket.
Our library uses these for circulation cards on DVDs and CDs. They work great, because patrons can pull out the card, and easily read the back cover. Our technology department even uses these pockets for documentation and identification material for computers and A/V equipment.

poly pockets
I bought these to go on the back of DVD's. Then I would put in the standard
borrower card. The problem is that the Poly Pockets were too tall. So I had to cut
down the front a little. The sticky back works well.
