I bought these bookmarks as rewards for students when I substitute in their classrooms. I tried them for 1st and 2nd grade classes and all of the students LOVED them! I was concerned that they might tear them when popping out the eyes, but there were no tears with their little fingers. Some of the students collected the "eyes" from their classmates...I shudder to think what they'll do with them--grin! Overall, a great way to introduce the importance of bookmarks at a young age.
