Missed issues should be claimed within 60 days. Please contact us with the title and date you are missing. Please allow 4-6 weeks for the publishers to replace the issue or extend your service for the missed issue, whichever is their policy.
What if I receive a damaged issue?
Damaged issues should be claimed within 60 days. Most publishers will send a replacement copy within 6 weeks. Otherwise will extend service, if that is their policy.
What if I received 2 copies of the same issue of a magazine?
Duplicates are a problem within the industry but can easily be resolved by sending us copies of the duplicate labels, which we send on to the publishers so they can combine and extend your account. For example, if you received two copies of the July issue of Discover, copy both of the labels from that issue and fax or mail them into us with a note that you are getting duplicates. It will take an issue or two to resolve so it is not necessary to send the labels again.
What if I need a new price list?
As a current customer you do not need to submit a quotation. If you need an updated renewal notice or want to make changes to your list and get a corrected total please contact us and we will be glad to prepare and send a revised renewal notice.
