While fairly convenient to install, I personally find this cartridge system very wasteful--so much plastic!
Otherwise, I find the laminate itself is very thick, which for some applications is appropriate, for manipulatives like flash cards using card stock. But for many uses, it is too much of a good thing.

Works great but sticky.
The teachers love the convenience and speed of this type of laminate, but if you use scissors to trim what you laminate, don't plan on using those scissors on anything else without cleaning with goo cleaner. Also, don't try to laminate and then use dry-erase markers... it doesn't erase like other laminate.
