Cabinet/Specialty Units for ColorScape® Circulation Desks

This modular desk system provides the look of a continuous-top circulation desk. Individual units are bolted together for stability, but can be unbolted, reconfigured, and re-bolted into new configurations at any time for maximum flexibility. Frame construction includes 1" thick veneer core end panels with veneer surfaces and 3/4" thick veneer core front panels with high-pressure laminate surfaces. Built-in wire-management system includes a 3" dia. grommet in work surface and end panels, plus a J-channel mounted under the surface of the inside front panel. Curved 90° Desk Units are available with or without an elevated patron ledge. Book Return Unit features front slot; Booktruck (sold separately) features depressible platform that holds up to 70 books. All doors, shelves, and drawer fronts are 3/4" thick veneer core with veneer surfaces. Shelves adjust in 2" increments. Drawers have 1/2" thick red oak sides, 1/4" thick veneer core plywood bottoms, and full-extension glides. Cupboard Units' locking doors feature satin chrome-finished wire pulls and 110° opening, self-closing hinges. Each unit includes a 6"H x 3/4"D laminate kick plate for a finished look.

Drawer Units: Drawers have 1/2" thick red oak sides, 1/4" thick veneer core plywood bottoms and full-extension glides. Sit-down models have 3 drawers; stand-up units have 4 drawers. Units with patron ledges have 32"H work surfaces.
Cupboard Units: Feature locking doors with satin chrome-finished wire pulls and 110° opening, self-closing hinges. Sit-down models have 1 interior shelf; stand-up models have 2 shelves.
Open-shelf Units: Sit-down models have 1 interior shelf; stand-up models have 2 shelves.
