Great product!
I have been using these record forms for several years. Even though we are completely digital in my Library I find the information I save here quite valuable when I want to go back and look at the overall info regarding my purchases, donations, dates, suppliers and other special information about my collection.

A couple of problems
I am glad this notebook is still available. However, the quality is not as good, which is a disappointment. Also, the filler paper should come with a cover page - or the notebook should - like the previous ones had. As always, the service at Demco is wonderful.

Loose-Leaf Accession Record Sheets 2 Pkgs.
I was delighted that Democo still carries this item as I suspect you don't have great demand for it. I have one suggestion. The item was very small and light weight--
40 sheets only a bit larger than letter size. I was surprised that it was packaged and mailed in a huge box way larger than needed. My suggestion: mail it in
something very much smaller. Thank you for asking.

WAY too much packaging
20 Pages of paper do not require a huge cardboard box stuffed with brown paper. And $9 for shipping is too much, when a padded envelope could have been used & sent for around $3. The product, however, is fine.

Binder
Binder came in broken and was not very sturdy. Definitely would not last long.
