Very useful for my file system
These boxes are the perfect size to hold two Manila file pockets. The pockets are useless without a box to put them in, but are superior to all other file systems that I have tried when put in a box. The boxes have labels showing what files are in them, and the file pockets have labels showing what is in them, and what box they go back into

Effective Declutter Device
With shelves full of miscellaneous folders, papers, files, these are perfect size to hide them. However, there are no convenient pull-handles or tabs to grab when you want to remove them from a shelf stacked side by side. Fortunately I had a set of (very old) pull-tab handles which worked perfectly. (These handles really are a necessity with these boxes and should be made once again by Demco--they are a former Highline product.)
