Appears sturdy and well made
So far so good, just placed it today. My builders (from a local construction company) noted it was built sturdy and they could tell some of it was put together by hand and they thought that whoever did the job did a good one. We also cut the decals to fit what we needed, and will be adding reflective tape to the top corners so people know they are there as they are shoulder level to some people.

Poor quality and construction
First off, let me say that the service I received from Demco regarding this has been very good. My complaint is with the manufacturer of the item. I ordered this outside book returns box as it appeared to be just what I was looking for in that price range. Delivery of the item took several weeks longer than originally scheduled and when it was received, the box was a big disappointment. The construction was very cheap. The door never closed properly and the seams were poorly done. I have been sent a replacement which is better but still not well made. The door fits properly but the overall construction (seams etc) is not up to well-made/finished construction. I would definitely not buy this again.

What a piece of junk.
Door is uneven, seems are showing black goo, and if that isn't the worst, it poured last night. And yes, our books are ruined.
