Love the liner
In the past I have repaired thousands of books for a school district and the cloth tape seemed thicker. I hope this holds up as well. Because of arthritis in my thumb
I purchased this roll of cloth tape with the liner for a personal project. It makes the repairs go faster, easier and looks great and best of all it hasn't bothered my thumb.

Durable book repair tape
I bought this tape to reinforce paperback songbooks. After first covering the front and back covers with clear contact paper, I covered the spines with the Demco vinyl coated tape. The previous vinyl tape I had used did not come with the liner and it was so hard to get the tape off the roll. With the liner, removing the tape was a breeze. The tape is stuck so tightly to the book I feel like it will extend the life of the songbooks for a long time. I am very happy to recommend this product!
