Works well, but messy.
This little system seems to work really well and the discs we've resurfaced with it turned out great, but it is messy. You will get paste on your fingers twisting the knob to get discs in and out, and removing the grinding sponge between uses. Have a towel handy and it's not a big deal, but it does make it more difficult to work on discs when doing other things, too.
