Rated 5 out of 5 by Geegee from We put up the shelf as soon as we received it. It is a sturdy, well made and finished shelf. It was easy to put up and fit right in with our existing shelving.

Rated 5 out of 5 by peri1990 from Our library system bought these replacement shelves for an Estey shelving unit that we already had that was taken to one of our branches. I thought Demco didn't have the 9 inch depth shelves that our present shelves measured. But I discovered from one of the phone salespersons that if you add an inch to that number and order 10 inch shelves to get a useable depth of 9 inches, they will match what you have. These 10 inch shelves almost match the shelves that we already had in color, and they fit our old frames. They include a can of spray paint with each order. (But these shelving frames and shelves have been in our library system for a very long time, maybe since the 1960's.) We ordered also a 10-inch shelving unit to connect up with an old shelving unit in the branch library's supply/book sale room . It was a different style from our old frames and the bottom pieces were about an inch or so less deep as the bottom pieces and it was about an inch shorter than our old unit so that we could not connect them together, but it worked for our purposes as a free standing unit.
