1. I can't find a product.
Try the following search tips:
- Search by a specific product number
- Try different words that mean the same thing
- Broaden your search by using fewer words
- Try less specific words or phrases

2. The product number on the website doesn't match the catalog product number.
The number is the same; it will have a different letter at the beginning of the product number. It may also have extra 0's at the end. It is the same product.
3. How do I add sales prices to my web order?
You can either search or use quick order to enter the product number seen in your catalog. The website will indicate the original price and the sales price.
4. How do I enter a promo?
Entering a promo code is easy! Click on the shopping cart image and enter your code in the "Enter Promo Code" box in the Cart Summary. Then simply click the Apply button and your promotion will display on the cart.
5. How do I get a shipping estimate?
When you're on the Shopping Cart, you can enter your Ship To zip code and click calculate to determine your shipping charges.
6. Has my cart turned into an order?
Under my account you can see the status of activity of your account and see if your order is active.
7. How do I enter a contract number?
If you register at demco.com as part of the setting up your account you can enter your contract number at that time. This way when ever you shop at demco.com it will be attached to your order and you will see your discounted price.
If you missed entering your contract number at the final checkout page, Review and Submit, you can click on edit under the contract pricing line and enter it then.
8. How do I change email address my ID or password?
Go to the My Account at the top of the website, log in and click on the edit buttons to make any changes to your account information.
9. Do I have to sign in to place an order?
Yes. Creating an account is simple and will allow you to track your orders, create lists of products and much more.
10. Can I use a gift certificate online?
Please call 800.356.1200 to speak with a Demco order representative.
11. Can I cancel an order online once it is placed?
No, please contact us at 800.356.1200 and we will take care of that for you.
12. Can I change an order online once it is submitted?
No, please contract us at 800.356.1200 and we will change the order for you.
13. Can I see an invoice?
Please contact accounts receivable at 800.752.7614 and they will email or fax you a copy of your invoice.
