If you create an account on demco.com, you can track the status of any of your orders using our order tracking system. This shows you the status of your order within the Demco system. For your convenience we automatically link to the UPS or Fed Ex Web sites to track the delivery information on your order(s).
To view the status of your Demco orders, use the Order Tracking option located in the yellow bar at the top of the Website. Order tracking is also available from your Order History in My Account.
Order Tracking provides details about the way your order was shipped.
Ship Date: The date the parcel was shipped to you.
Shipment No.: If the order was shipped in more than one parcel, each parcel will be numbered and listed separately.
Parcel No.: If the order was shipped in more than one parcel, each parcel will be numbered and listed separately.
Carrier: The carrier used to ship each parcel of your order. Most items ship UPS or Fed Ex. When you click See Carrier Info, this carrier's web site should appear.
Weight: Total weight of the shipment. This is the actual weight, and you can use this to calculate your shipping charges, if you choose.
Carrier Tracking Number: This is the number assigned by the carrier to track the shipment. Use this number on the carrier's web site to find the status of a shipment.
View Carrier Info: Click to access the carrier's web site.
Click the arrow under View Carrier Info to open a new window for the carrier's Website. Track your package through the carrier to determine when it will arrive at your door or if it has been delivered and to whom. Use the Carrier Tracking Number provided on demco.com to get additional information through the carrier's web site. If you see "other" as an option here, it means that your shipment went by a carrier other than UPS or Fed Ex, and isn't available to track any further.
