The Very Ready Reading Program provides 3 age-appropriate curriculums, spanning birth-age 5. The program's storytime scripts, presenter tip sheets and caregiver resources are based on the expertise of two renowned industry leaders — Sue McCleaf Nespeca and Dr. Pam Schiller.
Sue McCleaf Nespeca
Sue McCleaf Nespeca has more than 30 years of experience in youth services library work. She heads Kit Lit Plus Consulting, providing training and consulting services to librarians, teachers and early childhood educators. She is also an adjunct instructor at Kent State University's Graduate School of Library and Information Sciences in Ohio.

Dr. Pam Schiller
Dr. Pam Schiller is an early childhood consultant and academic leader. Pam was a child-care administrator for several years and also taught in the public school system as a kindergarten teacher. She served as head of the Early Childhood Department at the University of Houston, where she also directed the Lab School.
