I've had it for about a month now and it has held my sterilizer without it falling out. The base has attached to the counter and other locations well though it is not the easiest to manipulate to attach. The goose neck is also not the easiest to manipulate and adjust. The claw holds well enough but it will not take much jostling to knock the sterilizer out. If you can find a place just to let it be it works well. It is more of a 3.5 star item. It works for how I use and my purposes and I hope it lasts.

Claw not strong enough!
I thought it would be great to get this with the portable sanitizer but, I am really disappointed! The claw does not hold the Sanitizer very securely! I plan to return it along with the Portable Sanitizer! It's not worth the hassle! Also, the instructions do not include how to open the clip--you have to unscrew the top portion! That may be a DUH statement, but, I asked several people before it was figured out!!! I was afraid of breaking it!
