Demco is the only place on the Internet that sells the tape dispenser that completely encloses the tape with handy metal cutting edge. All other dispenser sellers (Staples, etc.) have only one side to hold the tape.
I was delighted when I finally found Demco online and found their Handy Tape Dispenser. Other companies no longer make completely enclosed tape dispensers.
Demco is apparently the only company now. Hurray for Demco!
