WE NOW HAVE 2 IN OUR WORK CENTER. NOW THE TEACHERS HAVE 16 DIFFERENT COLORS OF PAPER TO CHOOSE FROM!!!

Poor Quality but functional
I ordered this item last month and when it arrived the support bar was slightlybent. With the proper tools and some help I was able to make it work since the manufacterer would not replace the part. Also, the wheel brakes are cheaply made -- won't hold fast to prevent cart from rolling when loaded with 8 rolls of paper. In addition you may want to add your own washers since there were not enough included with the cart parts. I suggest finding a similar cart from another manufacturer. Perhaps the quality will be better.
