What You Need to Access Your Portal

  • An email address. If you plan to sign up for paperless billing, we prefer an account payable email where you can receive all invoices and notifications for your Demco account.
  • A copy of a prior invoice to confirm your account number, invoice number, and invoice amount

How Paperless Billing Works

  1. Demco sends encrypted billing information to TermSync
  2. TermSync emails all of the invoices for your Demco Billing Account to the email provided*
  3. You receive automatic payment reminders
  4. You pay your invoice online or ask us a question

*Please note if you are not the contact to receive all invoices for your billing account, using this portal may not be the best option for your organization.
