As Expected
I have purchased a few sets of these button parts from DEMCO. Each time they arrive as expected. There are some parts that have slight dents that cause the button to not be made correctly, but it seems to only be a few for every bunch that I pull out.

Good supplies for the right button maker.
I was happy to find supplies for my button maker only to realize that 2 1/4" is not the standard size. I needed 2 1/2" button supplies. Now I have supplies and no button maker. Disappointed.

Badge maker a huge success
I purchased this badge maker as part of our Makerspace in our middle school library. It has been a huge success with kids making their own custom badges. The badge maker performs well most of the time, but at times the mechanism sticks in the down position when you have activated the handle to seat the various parts together. The included circle cutter can be a challenge as well since it is adjustable for small to large circles and does not provide a way to accurately set the cutter to the exact size needed to cut out artwork for the badge. Having said that, these have been small problems that we have worked around. The circle cutter doesn't have to be perfect to make a nice-looking badge since the artwork is folded under and small deviations cannot be seen. The sticky mechanism can be released by jiggling the handle against the top. These small things prevent me from giving this an "Excellent" rating, but would not prevent me from purchasing it if I had known about them before buying the machine.

Fast service, but
However, at least 20% of the pin fronts (shells) were bent and couldn't be used in the machine.

I bought a button maker from a garage sale, so I found the parts here. these were the right pin parts, however I think the button maker was old and broken and did not produce quality buttons. they did not stick together with the press I had found for super cheap at the garage sale. the pin backs were all neat, clean, new, easily handled, but my press was broken.

Doesn't work with Mr. Button Maker
We bought our Mr. Button maker through Gaylord. Now that we need to re-order supplies we ordered these pieces. But even though they are the same size they don't work with our button maker. The plastic won't crimp all the way around the shell. I'm sure they work with the button maker that Demco sells, but not others.
