Not a good product but excellent customer service!
I bought this item a few weeks ago. When it arrived the product bottle was wet/slimy like product had oozed out. I called Demco and they very quickly sent a replacement. The replacement was in the same condition as the first. When I opened the bottle I noticed that it had a consistency like hand lotion and was just too thick to be able to spray from the bottle. I called Demco and reported the issue. They offered to replace the item or to issue a credit. I opted to receive a credit for the defective product. Demco's customer service representatives were very helpful both times I called.
