Easy to put together
Easy to put together. Fairly sturdy overall. The upper arms could be a bit more stable and the roll holder could use some more engineering as it is loose in there and doesn't fit very well. It looks like the bar in the picture is about twice the size of the on we got. I can see what the other reviewer said about the wheels and I do not plan on locking them. The wheels could use an upgrade in quality, they are just cheap plastic and I don't see them holding up long.
