Warning - Do not buy!
I purchased 2 of these tables for a children's computer station. I purchased for the adjustable height legs and the locking cable box at the back of the table. I could not be more disappointed with what we got. The pre-drilled holes do not line up at all, the assembly instructions weren't even for this model of table, and neither table came with a key for the lock. I contacted Demco, and their representative asked me to document the issues with pictures. I did that and they sent them to the manufacturer. The manufacturer responded that the pre-drilled holes were a courtesy only, and not needed for assembly!?! So let's run with that idea: even if I wanted to drill my own holes, there are existing holes anywhere from 1/2 to 1/8th inch away from the holes I need. Anyone who has drilled holes knows that trying to drill a new hole 1/8th inch away from an existing hole is going to be a problem. And these tables are $500+ each, and I have to drill my own holes? These are not gold-plated mahogany, they are standard particle board with a veneer on top. The cheapest IKEA table has the correct holes predrilled. And I still don't have any keys. I thought I would get a vetted product ordering from Demco, but clearly that's not something they do, although you wouldn't know it from the prices. You'd be better off taking your chances with Amazon 3rd party sellers. So let me be the first to give these tables a one-star review so I can warn other librarians to avoid them. Spend your precious budget money elsewhere, and rethink your relationship with Demco.
