Awful!
We had six new bean bag chairs donated to our Middle School Library last year and unfortunately, we're down to our last two. The others had ripped at the seams and the filling was everywhere. I bought two bags of this filling to repair these chairs and only managed to stuff one chair before it became too frustrating. This styrofoam is not little beads, but looks more like cottage cheese. It was hard to get it into the bean bag and the styrofoam was EVERYWHERE! I know styrofoam tends to get static and is difficult to work with, but this was crazy! Because of the consistency, it was hard to pick up off the carpet.
I gave the unopened bag away to a staff member and the opened bag is stuffed in a large trash bag, exiled to my office closet. If I knew how frustrating fixing these chairs was going to be, I would have just opted to buy new bean bag chairs. I guess I'll try the chairs stuffed with foam.

BAD PRODUCT FOR SCHOOLS
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT if you are in a school or library. For being a company that supposedly serves schools and libraries this makes absolutely no sense!!! A few years ago we purchased refills for the bean bags that we originally purchased with Demco and those came with the refill inside a sealed cloth bag which made it easy to swap out and ensured students didn't open the zipper and allow the filling to go all over the room. This time we purchased the refills and this time it is simply filling inside a plastic bag that we are suppose to dump into the bean bag. Their response, when asked about it, was that we are to dump the filling into the bean bag.... really!!! This company obviously doesn't know their clientele because I have high school students who would immediately open the zipper to see what is inside and have it all over my library. POOR CHOICE AND HORRIBLE PRODUCT! If I could give fewer than 1 star I definitely would

Not what I expected
This "refill" is just the stuffing in a plastic bag that is tied with a zip tie - I haven't even attempted to put inside of my bean bag chairs as I have no idea how to do so without making a mess.
