Addendum to previous review
I recently reviewed Demco with regard to an order I placed for these file boxes and noted that 3 of the boxes were damaged. Demco promptly got in touch with me and are replacing the damaged boxes and including some additional boxes as a courtesy. I'm so impressed with their professionalism and great customer service.

good quality for a low price
These files are very sturdy and easy to assemble. You can't beat the price. They hold more than a year's periodicals. Great for closet storage which is why I bought them.

Good value with one exception...
I purchased these in bulk for the small library where I work and while they were a good price, I also received at least 3 that were damaged. I know that these things happen, but it was disappointing. Three damaged boxes aren't worth sending back but you don't like it to happen with taxpayer's money.
