Perfect size
We had arranged to place a "free little library" inside our local train station, but the station master didn't want something that attached to walls, was difficult to move, or blocked the flow of traffic. We found this book truck and suggested it as a possible "library" and it was heartily accepted as it was an unobtrusive size, fit against a wall, and could be easily wheeled out of the way so that the station crew could wash the floors. We were also able to get it in one of our library's official colors, forest green, which helps promote our brand. We hope to have it up officially in January 2018.

Sturdy, smooth, bright
I bought this as a mobile end-cap display for intermediate chapter books. The bright blue color looks great and makes it easy for students to see. The wheels lock very well, so when it's in place it doesn't move. They are easy to unlock and move wherever I need it (which is great during book fair time). I love that it required no set up on my part; I wheeled it out of the box and into my library. It moves very smoothly. I also like that the shelf fronts are wide enough to allow me to label the collection.

Convenient Size
We have several book carts; however, they can be big and bulky for smaller uses. We purchased this in one of our school colors, and it has made an eye-catching, mobile display for seasonal or special displays.

I bought this cart about a month ago for a staff member who recently had surgery on her hand. She is now able to shelve books with the help of this sturdy, compact, light weight cart. It moves easily and fits in small spaces. It does not hold a lot of books, but it serves us well.

Stable and Large Book Truck
The "Sandusky Lee Sloped Shelf Book-truck" is very stable and large! I have used these trucks in a library parade as the "Precision Drill Book-truck Brigade" for the New Beale Memorial Library opening in 1988 in Bakersfield, CA. I used the "Sandusky" book trucks because they were so stable. Wished I had a photo. I lead the parade's book-truck brigade with a drum-major hat--- great fun.

Perfect size
I purchased one for our fiction books. Ended up loving it so much purchased another for non-fiction. Then another for chapter books, then another for bookroom books. We now have 4! Love the manageable size!

I love my new book cart!!
It's so light and rolls so easily, even from the side! And we can clear our countertop quickly because it holds a lot of books. I went with hot pink and everyone loves it! The price was so reasonable, too. I think I'll get another next year! So much nicer than those one-sided, 'don't steer worth a darn' wooden book trucks we have.

Disappointed
My first book truck arrived with a large dent in the bottom shelf and metal burs on the top shelf that could easily cut fingers or damage books. Demco was very helpful and the truck was replaced promptly. The second book truck is in much better condition, but it has burs on it as well, although not as sharp. I'm so disappointed because I bought a large Sandusky book truck a couple of years ago and it's been great--very sturdy and rolls easily even when it has a lot of weight on it, no problems at all. I love all the colors that are available too.

Very nice, but....
The shelves are very nice, but all four wheels don't touch the ground. I had to add several washers to one wheel to balance it out. The wheels also wobble when I am pushing it. You know, like a bad grocery cart.
